President – Brian McCutcheon

Prior to forming Highland Spencer Consulting, Brian McCutcheon ran the Domestic Strategic Investment Group for First Data Corporation. He managed a team of professionals who evaluated and completed dozens of transactions every year with enterprise values of several hundred thousand to several hundred million dollars.

Over the course of 12 years in the Mergers and Acquisitions field at First Data, Brian had the privilege of working with industry leading talent to address the complex elements of each transaction. It is this network of talent that Highland Spencer brings to bear to appropriately analyze the financial, legal, tactical, and integration complexities that accompany a transaction of any size.
